Return Policy

At The Mayfair House, our customers' satisfaction is our top priority, and we want them to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we have a customer-friendly return policy that allows for replacements in certain circumstances.

Our return policy applies only to orders placed on our official website, themayfairhouse.com. If a customer receives a wrong product, identifies a manufacturing defect, or receives a damaged product, they may request a replacement. However, we do not process refunds under any circumstances.

To ensure that we can safely receive the returned product, we require the customer to have the original packaging with all foam and cushioning inside, even if it is damaged or defective.

If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they must do so within 24 hours of ordering or before order fulfillment from our warehouse, whichever comes first.

Our return policy applies within 10 days of placing the order and only for damaged products or manufacturing defects. To initiate a return, customers must email us at info@themayfairhouse.in and provide images of the damaged product. Our Quality Assurance team will assess the product's eligibility for return and provide a Return Request Status within 2-3 days.

If the return request is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product. It typically takes 2-3 working days to organize the pickup and 4-6 days for delivery to our warehouse. Once the product is received at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check it, and the replacement process will begin.

Customers must return the product in its original condition with all packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices. Two documents must be printed and provided to the logistics company representative during pickup.
